DROPS Snowis a fine and strong single strand yarn made from 100% pure wool. The resulting knits are warm and comfortable, it is also very suitable for felting!

The wool fibre does not undergo any special chemical treatment before dyeing, the wool is only washed and then goes through the normal dyeing process. The natural properties of the fibre are therefore preserved to the maximum extent, as well as its dimensional stability and distinctive texture.

Very popular winter yarnDROPS Snowis available in 3 different types of colours: single colour, mixed shades (mix) - these are created by combining two or more coloured fibres during carding, then spun as a single fibre with a typical multi-coloured "mixed" effect and printed "print" variants creating a pattern using regularly repeating colour sequences.

This yarn has been certified Oeko-Tex® (number 25.3.0099), Standard 100, Class I, by the testing institute INNOVATEXT TEXTILE ENGINEERING AND TESTING, HUNGARY. This means that it has been tested for the presence of irritants and has been found to be safe in terms of its effects on humans and nature. Class I is the highest grade and therefore this yarn issuitable also for babies and small children(aged 0-3 years).
