Drops Alpacais a very popular and beautiful yarn that comes from Peruvian llamas. It is woven from 3 strands of 100% fine llama hair, i.e. alpaca, with an extra twist to increase its surface durability. The fibers of this yarn are not chemically treated, they are only washed and then go through a normal dyeing process, so that their natural properties, shape stability and texture can be fully preserved.
DROPS Alpaca is available in a wide range of shades. The knits are lightweight and comfortable, comfortable even when in contact with bare skin and have a fluffy and subtle, typical soft sheen. Recommended for sweaters, vests, scarves, ponchos, shawls, neckwear, hats, headbands, skirts, dresses, wraps, blankets, gloves. It is also suitable for felting.
The colouring book also contains mixed colour variants (mix) - these are created by combining coloured fibres with a typical multi-coloured effect.

We recommend washing by hand in cooler water up to 30°C, wringing carefully and drying loose.
